Standard Web Development Hourly / Daily Rates

£45 per hour 1 - 3 hours
£120 per day 3 - 6 hours
£45 minimum charge

If a project takes 1 to 3 hours it is priced at the standard hourly rate. If a project takes 3+ hours it will be charged at the day rate per day worked.

Template Construction: £100
Each single page there after: £25

A 5 page site would require 1 x template construction and 4 x singe pages: £200. Dynamic sections are charged at standard Development / Product rates. We can convert PSD, PDF, JPG, GIF, TIFF, PNG, QXD (Quark) formats to XHTML 1.0 Strict + CSS 1 formats.

Standard Quotes

Standard quotes are provided based on supplied drawings, images or a client meeting. The quote will highlight a functioning system with details as to how that system will function. When pay your quote you are agreeing to be furnished with a system with that specification. Any alterations on your part will be classed as extras and incur costs.

Retainer Prices

Monthly retainer prices can be quoted on a 3 6 and 12 month basis. In some situation this can be cheaper in the long run on larger, non time critical projects. Please see the list below for some examples.

1 Day per month, 3 month period
We provide one 6 hour day of time for your company but charge only £100 per month for that day (normal cost £120 per month)

1 Day per month, 6 month period
We provide one 6 hour day of time for your company but charge only £90 per month for that day (normal cost £120 per month)

1 Day per month, 12 month period
We provide one 6 hour day of time for your company but charge only £80 per month for that day (normal cost £120 per month)

3 Days per month, 3 month period
We provide three 6 hour day of time for your company but charge only £225 per month for 3 days (normal cost £360 per month)

3 Days per month, 6 month period
We provide three 6 hour day of time for your company but charge only £210 per month for 3 days (normal cost £360 per month)

3 Days per month, 12 month period
We provide three 6 hour day of time for your company but charge only £195 per month for 3 days (normal cost £360 per month)

If work is finished early no refunds are given. As stated this payment scheme is more suitable for those who do not have time critical projects or require some kind of maintainence.

Costs can be paid in advance in full, 50% on start 50% on completion or on a monthly basis.

By The Hour Reduced Rates

A rate of £15 per hour can be provided for those clients who do not want a static quote. Again, in situations where the project manager can be indecisive or a large amount of trial and error is required this can be advantageous (normally a project is quoted, built to that quote spec and anything over and above is classed as a £45 per hour extra!).

Costs are paid on a fortnightly basis (invoice every other Friday) in arrears. Work will stop on the following invoice date if the previous invoice has not been cleared.

Bespoke systems of all types can be designed and built based on the standard development charges. Examples of previous bespoke work are:
